  Wayne approached my Aunt (who is over 80) to sell her property. We live 2 hours from her and are unable to be there to assist. NO advertising was done once the property was put on the market and they convinced her to go to Auction, which cost a few THOUSAND $$. They only advertised the property on the internet 2 days prior to the Auction because my mother couldn't find the listing online. We are then advised by my Aunt that a FOR SALE SIGN had still NOT been put up outside her property. Wayne advised my Aunt the property was worth far more than it was and therefore, she found it difficult to secure a buyer. He gave her unrealistic expectations! After the contractual period was up with Ray White, my Aunt found a new Agent, who has been an absolute delight and sold the house within a week. He is also helping her search for a new home. My Aunt then received a message from Wayne telling her that she will be paying him commissions for the buyer if he took them through. We know that this is the way, however, the buyer was not and how dare he harass my Aunt when he made NO EFFORT to help her in the first place. He took complete advantage of an elderly lady. If I could give a ZERO for your efforts I would. Disgusting service.

  I've been connected to Ray White B.Bay for 7yrs! I bought my house from them, lived in it for a while then when I wanted to move out & get it rented, I went straight back to Ray White as they were wonderful to deal with initially. They found me good tenants & were excellent in managing my property plus had reasonable management fees.
  I am still with them & they are presently managing my property which I am very happy with. They go out of their way to help when ever I have a request or if there's an issue with anything.
  How fantastic of them to reward two of us lucky clients with a gift card for writing a review for them. It was a pleasure to do so!
  I highly recommended Ray White Bateau Bay.
